Our Mission

Connecting people to God through Jesus Christ…one family at a time

This mission is inspired by Christ’s call to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:18-20) To accomplish this mission, we have a strategy of helping others to Know Christ, Grow together in faith, and Go serve the world. Everything we do as a church is driven by one of these three things.

What We Believe

  • We believe that God is the Creator, Sustainer, and Righteous Ruler of the universe. He has revealed Himself in nature, and in the Scriptures of the Holy Bible as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: yet as one God.

  • Jesus is God’s unique Son; the only one of a kind. The Scripture teaches that He is God revealed in flesh. In His Divine nature He is truly God and in His human nature truly man. He is the One once crucified for man’s sin, the now risen and glorified Savior and Lord who mediates between God and man and who gives us access to the Father through His intercession. None can come to the Father unless they come through Him.

  • All of the attributes of God are ascribed to the Holy Spirit by the Scriptures. It is He who convicts and convinces men of their sin. He also convinces man of that which is right, and that a final day of judgment will come. He comes to live in us at conversion, to open our understanding to the Scripture, and to lead us into the truth.

  • God used holy men to write the Scriptures. They are, in both the Old and New Testaments, the very words God intended us to have. They are, as given by God, without error and are our only rule of faith and practice. We profit from them by learning the truth about many things: they also speak to us about wrongdoing; they even correct us and get us back on course as well as instructing us in right living.

  • We believe humankind is fallen from righteousness and, apart from the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, is destitute of holiness and inclined to evil. Except one be born again, they cannot see the Kingdom of God. In their own strength, without divine grace, people cannot do good works pleasing and acceptable to God. We believe, however, people who are influenced and empowered by the Holy Spirit are responsible in freedom to exercise their free will for good.Item description

  • People receive pardon and forgiveness for their sins when they admit to God they are a sinner, when in godly sorrow they turn form them and trust in the work of Christ as redemption for their sin. This acceptance of God’s great salvation involves belief in Christ’s death on the cross as mankind’s substitute and the fact of God’s raising Him from the dead as predicted. It is a salvation by grace alone and not of works.

  • We believe the Christian Church is the community of all true believers under the Lordship of Christ. We believe it is one, holy, universal church. It is the redemptive fellowship in which the Word of God is preached by men divinely called, and the sacraments are duly administered according to Christ's own appointment. Under the discipline of the Holy Spirit the Church exists for the maintenance of worship, the edification of believers, and the redemption of the world.

In the book of John we read that “...but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His Name.” John 20:31 ESV. As Christians we join with countless believers throughout history in claiming The Bible as all sufficient for Christian faith and practice.

New Here?

Coming To Visit?

We know visiting a church for the first time can be scary, and we want to make your visit at Ozark Church a great one! When you come in, be sure to let us know that you are new because we have a gift for you and would love to chat.

If you would like to get in touch with someone, please fill out the contact form below.

  • Around here, you'll see that we dress comfortably. We are interested in you as a person, not what you wear.

  • Our worship services include opportunities for prayer, preaching from God’s word, responding to God through generosity, and praising God in song. Our services utilize modern songs & some hymns. We believe that it is valuable to sing theology based songs no matter the style.

We are usually finished around 11:30-11:45 each Sunday, but we try not to rush. We make time for ministry during our services, but please feel free to ask anyone at anytime if you need help, prayer, or just have a question.

  • We offer kid’s small groups at our 9:30am Bible Study time and then at our corporate Worship Service, we offer a loving, safe place for our littles, Birth through PreK. We also offer an exciting, fun and Bible packed service for our kids grades Kindergarten through 6th grades.

  • Once inside, let someone know you are new. They will help you find placement for your kids, a cup of coffee or bottle of water and location for classes or worship.

  • We live in a culture that is into “joining organizations.” We do have membership at Ozark Church. It’s not that we don’t value it; actually, we do, but we don’t see it as a requirement to be active. You can volunteer, serve, give, invite people or join a Bible Study class – all of which without being a member.

Membership for us is more of a personal commitment than an effort for us to have a lot of members. It’s where you have reached a point of knowing that this is the church where God wants you to invest your life.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact Pastor Kendall on the Contact page. He will speak with you and answer any questions you may have. We would love for you to visit and see if the Ozark Church is your next home.
